Junior Project Manager

Embrox Solutions is an IT company that develops a wide range of unique software products. While developing our team combines modern advanced programming techniques with scientific approaches. In addition to software development, Embrox specializes in electrical and mechanical engineering. This means that by combining these disciplines with software and firmware development, Embrox implements a full product development cycle (New Product Development or NPD). In other words, customers who initially have only an idea — in the end, receive a complete hardware and software product, ready for mass production. The Embrox team uses advanced programming and engineering techniques based on scientific approaches when developing. Therefore, Embrox solutions are stable in their work, rapid in performance, and flexible in use. Now we are looking for a Project Manager with good analytical skills and critical thinking.

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role at IT
• Understanding of PM role and responsibilities in IT outsourcing companies
• Understanding of the SDLC
• Understanding of Agile software development processes (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Well-structured and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Would be a plus:

• A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience working on Embedded/IoT projects is an advantage
