Middle Project Manager (Lviv Only)

Now we are looking for a Project Manager with good analytical skills and critical thinking (Lviv Office).

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• 2,5 + years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager or a similar role at IT
• Understanding of PM role and responsibilities in IT outsourcing companies
• Understanding of Agile software development processes (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Well-structured and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Understanding of the SDLC

Would be a plus:

• A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Finished Project Management courses

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle project management from business idea to successful delivery
• Report project status, issues, tasks, conflicts, and risks periodically to all stakeholders
• Facilitate communication of all involved parties
• Coordinate the work of team members
• Setting tasks priorities
• Collaboration with the development teams, and plan the scope of the work
• Help all the participants with communicating about the project
• Analyzing and managing project risks
• Delivering the project to the clients or stakeholders
