We are looking for an Organic Growth & Content Operations Specialist to help build the online presence of our brands and our clients. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, social media, personal branding and demand generation. We are not looking for a social media scheduler. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn expertise into content, content into attention, and attention into business opportunities. The successful candidate will work across a variety of brands, founders and client projects, helping to build authority, grow audiences and create consistent content systems that support business growth. The primary objective is to build authority, trust and inbound opportunities through organic content.

Necessary skills and qualifications:

  • Social Media Strategy & Copywriting:
  • Organic growth, LinkedIn personal branding, community & audience development.
  • Writing thought leadership, educational, story-based, founder, B2B & B2C content.
  • Ability to adapt tone across different industries and audiences.
  • Content Design (Canva/Figma preferred):
  • Creating social graphics, carousels, branded assets, and visual storytelling.
  • AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini):
  • Refining and improving AI-generated content rather than relying on it entirely.
  • Analyzing competitors, identifying trends, and developing unique content angles.
  • 2+ years in content marketing or social media.
  • Portfolio of content examples and experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Strong written English.
  • Strategic Thinking & Curiosity.
  • Strong Communication
  • Self-Management.
  • Commercial Awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with founders, directors, and experts to extract knowledge and conduct content discovery sessions.
  • Converting conversations into high-performing content to build personal brands on LinkedIn and other channels.

  • Positioning clients as recognised voices within their space.
  • Managing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
  • Handling planning, creation, scheduling, community management, engagement support, and performance reporting.
  • Developing strategies aligned with business goals (leads, awareness, community growth, education, authority).
  • Creating content calendars, campaign concepts, growth initiatives, and engagement strategies.
  • Managing schedules, publishing, approvals, feedback loops, and coordination with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely, high-standard delivery and improving content processes and efficiency.
  • Producing founder posts, thought leadership articles, educational content, case studies, and industry commentary.
  • Creating carousels, infographics, short-form video concepts, and community engagement content.
  • Monitoring and improving reach, engagement, profile growth, website traffic, lead generation, and content performance.
  • Providing recommendations based on data and insights.
